Touch Rugby

Competition:

 

COLLEGE (Year 9 & 10)

Teams are entered into the North Harbour Junior Secondary Schools Competition. Teams must be either full Boys or full Girls teams. (No Mixed)

Games are played on a Tuesday from 4pm at Sunnynook Park.

INTERMEDIATE (Year 7 & 8)

Teams are entered in the North Harbour Intermediate Schools Competition which is played in Term 4. Teams can be Boys, Girls or Mixed.

Games are played on a Thursday from 4pm at Sunnynook Park, Sunnynook.

Information will be updated as it comes to hand

Training:

All teams will have a minimum of one training per week. Training days and times will be confirmed once teams are selected and coaches are appointed.

Trainings may be held before school, at lunch time or after school dependent on the coaches’ availability.

Uniform:

COLLEGE (Year 9 & 10) AJHS Touch Rugby Singlet/Shirt (supplied for games) AJHS PE Shorts and touch or sports shoes.

INTERMEDIATE (Year 7 & 8) AJHS PE Shirt, AJHS PE Shorts and touch or sports shoes.

Registration Fees:

Compulsory Sports Administration Fee (one off payment)                 $25.00

Year 7 & 8 Term 4 Competition                                                            $TBA

Year 9 & 10 Term 4 Competition                                                          $TBA

COVID VACCINE INFORMATION:
Some organisations now have a policy in place that requires participants to be fully vaccinated. For each event we will provide details of the requirements on the registration form.
